Business Strategy Analyst

inDrive is an international ride-hailing service headquartered in Mountain View, CA. inDrive app's downloads exceed 150M, we are operating in more than 700+ cities in 46 countries.

We are seeking for a Business strategy analyst to help align overall business strategy with it's supporting parts and assist in managing the entire company’s strategy implementation for the upcoming years.

What you'll do:

• Organizing executives strategy sessions: content preparation, assistance with facilitation.

• Driving company business strategy documentation, including x-functional leadership with respective teams and pieces.

• Organizing and facilitating processes for x-functional teams to develop their functional / specific

strategies.

• Developing and driving newly forming strategy office processes:

1) aligning existing processes with strategic directions and goals, including communication and cascading

2) strategy execution tracking

3) strategy calibration and actualization process

What we expect from you:

• Experience in facilitating the strategic sessions, setting up strategy office processes, strategic sessions organization and facilitation - a great advantage.

• A particular experience with implementing (not developing) a strategic plan for a department or a team, helping to implement business strategy in companies of similar size and maturity level as InDrive.

• Strong understanding of Strategy development processes.

• Experience in working closely with C-level is a must

• Very strong communication and organizational skills, influence skills, change management skills

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach, deep business performance-focused and result oriented mindset, structured person with holistic view.

• Soft skills: ability for fast learning, flexibility, and ability to work in constantly changing environment is a must. Important that person can adapt his experience to InDrive realities and needs, not copy paste.

• Proactive approach is very important as we are building something that does not yet exist in the company.

• Practical approach rather than theoretical and formal.

• English language proficiency (C1)
