Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
- Manage mail, courier services, and office supply inventory.
- Organize internal events, meetings, and travel logistics.
- Provide administrative support in IT coordination, facility services, and PRO tasks (e.g., visas, leases, licensing).
- Assist finance with data entry, invoices, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
- Maintain accurate records, fixed asset tracking, and compliance documentation.
- Serve as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in business, finance, or communications.
- 3–5 years’ experience in office administration or support roles.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge preferred.
- English and Arabic proficiency highly desirable.
- Discreet, professional, and service-oriented approach.
