About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Butler (Night) to join the Front Office team in Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Act as the main contact of the guests and ensure communication with other departments is flawless in order to execute the smallest to most complex request and provide the highest level of service.
• Always ready and willing to assist both guests and associates in a friendly, courteous and professional manner by performing efficiently and with the best attitude.
• Extend a warm welcome to all our guests and visitors in the lobby and any other hotel area.
• Identify and anticipate guest's needs and assist in any possible way.
• Assist guests with general inquiries about the hotel and its facilities, as well as daily events and functions. Upsell the hotels, restaurants, and facilities across the resort.
• Conduct a property show around and room orientation to visitors / guests.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• One or two years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property; experience in F&B is desirable.
• Fluent in English and an additional language (Russian and European languages are desired).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS, and Sevenrooms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work predominantly on night shifts.
