As a Cabin Crew Recruitment Coordinator, you will collaborate with stakeholders to attract and secure top talent globally for the Emirates Group during this exciting time of transformational change.
In This Role, You Will
- Talent Acquisition Strategies: Develop and implement effective strategies and processes to achieve recruitment goals.
- Sourcing Channels: Utilize various channels to engage and acquire top talent.
- Data-Driven Improvements: Leverage data to identify opportunities for improvement, enhancing both stakeholder and candidate experiences.
- Project Contributions: Participate in Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Compliance and Confidentiality: Maintain compliance and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
- Team Support: Assist peers and team members in achieving Talent Acquisition targets.
- Operational Tasks: Manage job requisitions, candidate file management, cabin crew approvals, and process files for onboarding
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for enhancement, and drive impactful results.
- Candidate Communication: Ensure open, timely communication throughout the candidate journey, addressing their needs effectively.
- Information Sharing: Provide accurate and relevant information to prospects and candidates about the business and available roles.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- 12 years schooling or equivalent
- 4 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
- Knowledge in Recruitment administrative procedures and handling high volume campaigns.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in candidate processing, reporting and planning processes.
- Ability to prepare reports
- Knowledge of creating and managing candidate talent pools across multiple geographies
- Intellectual curiosity, a strong growth mind-set and the desire to constantly improve
- Able to form relationships and build trust
- Open and flexible approach; able to adapt quickly to changing business needs
- Positive attitude to persevere through challenges
