Cardiac Surgeon

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Surgeon to join our team, we are a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering excellent patient care. Roles And Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine the need for cardiac surgery.
• Perform complex surgical procedures on the heart, including coronary artery bypass, valve repair or replacement, heart transplant, and other life-saving procedures.
• Collaborate closely with other medical specialists, such as cardiologists and anesthesiologists, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Utilize advanced technical skills and knowledge to handle emergencies and unexpected situations in the operating room.
• Accurately document patient progress and maintain detailed records of surgeries and treatment plans.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to surgical residents and other members of the medical team.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in cardiac surgery techniques and procedures to provide the best care for patients.
  
  

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of residency in cardiothoracic surgery.
• Fellowship training in cardiac surgery strongly preferred.
• Current valid license to practice as a physician.
• Strong surgical skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience in cardiac surgery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and make critical decisions quickly.
• Dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development.
• Board certification in cardiovascular or thoracic surgery is preferred.
