Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year of work experience as a Carpenter/Painter in a hotel or 1 year in a similar large building/complex with central plant
- Proven experience as a carpenter and painter.
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques and painting methods.
- Experience with drywall installation and repair.
- Familiarity with different types of paints and finishes.
