Job Description: Car's Importers Sale Managers - UAE

We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team at RWG in the Operation department as Car's Importers Sale Managers in the UAE. As a Sale Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the import and sale of cars, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to promote the company’s services and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

• Present product offerings clearly and professionally, addressing client needs and inquiries on-site.

• Ensure all client data entered into the platform is accurate and complete, in line with company policies, to maintain clean and reliable records.

• Communicate honest and clear customer feedback to Product Managers, enabling them to enhance our services in ways that genuinely meet client needs.

• Support the sales and marketing team by sharing market insights and suggesting areas of improvement based on field interactions.

• Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

• Represent the company in a professional manner, upholding its brand image and values at all times.

• 
  The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Must be residing in Sharjah or Ajman.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for sales and interacting with people.

• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Genuine passion for the automotive industry and interest in car-related services.
