  • Monitor CCTV cameras and report any unusual activity in real time
  • Conduct routine checks and ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and daily activity logs
  • Support the security team in investigations by retrieving relevant footage
  • Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality are upheld at all times
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies and incidents
  • Previous experience in a similar CCTV/Security role, preferably in hospitality
  • Familiarity with surveillance systems and control room operations
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain focused for extended periods
  • Good communication skills and professional conduct
  • Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid SIRA license or equivalent certification
