Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Manager to lead, coordinate, and execute high-impact events for our car group. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing sponsor and supplier relationships, organizing automotive-related events (such as car meets, drives, exhibitions, etc.), and ensuring every event reflects the company’s brand image and community culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning & Execution
• Plan, organize, and execute various car-related events including meetups, rallies, exhibitions, track days, and sponsor activations.
• Develop event concepts and schedules in line with company goals.
• Handle on-site event coordination, setup, and breakdown.
• Sponsor & Supplier Coordination
• Source and maintain strong relationships with event sponsors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Prepare sponsorship proposals and follow up on agreements.
• Ensure all sponsor requirements and branding guidelines are executed properly during events.
• Hosting & Representation
• Act as the face of the car group during events; welcome guests, sponsors, and VIPs professionally.
• Conduct announcements, presentations, and manage event flow to ensure guest engagement.
• Budget & Logistics Management
• Create and manage event budgets.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, permits, transportation, F&B, and security.
• Ensure all events are delivered within budget and on time.
• Marketing & Communication
• Work with the social media team to promote events pre- and post-activity.
• Create event reports and feedback summaries to improve future experiences.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Event Manager, ideally in the automotive or lifestyle sector.
• Strong network of suppliers and vendors in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
• Passion for cars and automotive culture is highly preferred.
• Valid UAE driver’s license is a plus.
  
  

Work Schedule:

Weekdays & weekends depending on event calendar (flexible timings required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
