Position Overview

Based in Dubai and reporting to the Sales and Service Lead for UAE and Oman, the job holder will actively drive profitable sales in the UAE and Oman by developing and leveraging relationships with aluminum fabricators and channel partners. You will represent the entire portfolio of dormakaba products and services to the assigned channels, with a specific focus on promoting dormakaba solutions to aluminum fabricators. Job Description

  • Develop and expand the aluminum fabricator channel by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding partners.
  • Support partners in executing operational plans to achieve sales targets established by dormakaba.
  • Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned partner accounts.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with aluminum fabricators and channel partners.
  • Execute the end-to-end sales process within the assigned territory to achieve volume and profit objectives in line with business strategy.
  • Deliver compelling value propositions and key messaging to partner communities and accounts.
  • Conduct sales presentations, clearly articulating the value proposition of dormakaba solutions to partners and clients.
  • Provide market intelligence on competition, including pricing, lead times, and product offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and all internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Project Management, and Sales Back Office, to ensure the smooth execution of the entire sales cycle.
  • Continuously update dormakaba’s customer relationship management tools to maintain an effective and sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of dormakaba products and services through active participation in training sessions and deploy this knowledge effectively to leverage sales opportunities, cross-sell the dormakaba product portfolio, and enhance customer relations.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

A dynamic and strategic thinker with a strong sales-driven attitude, commercial and technical acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit, meeting the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a focus on aluminum fabricators or building materials in the Middle East region.
  • Familiarity with a variety of sales activities, concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent command of English; Arabic advantage.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently across UAE.
  • Strong IT and computer skills.
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong numeracy and financial acumen.
  • High stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive for achievement.
