Experience: 3+ years as a Chartered Accountant, preferably in recruitment or IT sectors.
Certifications: CA designation from ICAI or equivalent (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial reporting, auditing, taxation, and software like Tally or QuickBooks.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE financial regulations and VAT compliance.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
