Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
