About the Role
As a Chef De Partie, you will play a crucial role in our team, contributing to the overall guest experience and ensuring operational excellence. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for culinary section in hospitality.
What You’ll Do
- Key Responsibility 1: Prepare and cook dishes for your assigned section.
- Key Responsibility 2: Keep your section organized, clean, and stocked.
- Key Responsibility 3: Follow health and safety regulations.
- Key Responsibility 4: Ensure food is presented to a high standard.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, minimum 2-3 years. preferably in an Italian restaurant.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Italian cooking techniques.
- Education/Certifications: Degree, diploma in Hospitality.
