This role involves:

• Lead cooks and casual team members in the preparation and execution of Banquet Events and concessions operations.
• Control and maintain food production, ensuring adherence to recipes and dish guidelines.
• Identify training needs and suggest operational improvements.
• Assist with cleaning before, during, and after food preparation.
• Maintain food quality and presentation.
• Lead and support a multi-cultural team and casuals, enforcing specific job responsibilities.
• Ensure food preparation and storage comply with public health policies and company regulations.

This role is on a freelancer agreement, and it requires the candidate to have their own visa / sponsorship. A detailed job description can be found below.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or Graduate of a culinary school

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a leadership role in a culinary atmosphere
• Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
