An organisation are seeking a Chief Business Officer | Real Estate Valuation | Dubai
Experience Required: 7 – 10 years in Business Development or a similar role in real estate/banking sectors

Key Responsibilities:
Pay: AED15,000.00 – AED17,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies targeting banks, financial institutions, and developers to expand our client base.
- Client Acquisition: Leverage existing industry relationships and forge new connections to secure valuation contracts.
- Market Analysis: Research trends, competitor activities, and client needs to keep our services competitive.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with valuation, sales, marketing, and legal teams to meet client needs professionally.
- Proposals & Contracts: Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate favorable contracts, and present to prospective clients.
- Revenue Goals: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline of leads.
- Networking: Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Client Relations: Manage service-level agreements with banks, respond to inquiries, and onboard new clients.
- Proven experience as a Chief Business Officer or Business Development Manager in real estate valuation or a related field.
- Established network within UAE’s banking and real estate sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate valuation processes and UAE market trends.
- Strong understanding of financial products and property valuations.
- Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Pay: AED15,000.00 – AED17,000.00 per month
