- Communicate and coordinate with service authorities and investment groups regarding related technical and maintenance matters.
- Participate in the preparation and review of departmental budgets.
- Supervise outsourced maintenance contracts to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Review, evaluate, and recommend approval of monthly payment certificates for executed maintenance works.
- Execute and prepare any works, tasks, or reports related to the section’s scope of responsibilities.
- Attend handover sessions for completed projects and prepare snag lists and technical comments.
- Supervise the preparation of technical reports as requested by management.
- Follow up on materials required for maintenance projects to ensure timely availability.
- Prepare monthly payment requests to service authorities on behalf of the Department Manager.
- Attend technical meetings with the manager and provide necessary technical input.
- Receive, review, and study service requests and complaints, and follow up on appropriate actions .
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from a recognized university, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience; or
- Master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from a recognized university, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience
