The Opportunity

As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of Analog. You will lead financial strategy, fundraising, and operational finance to drive growth as we scale our AI-driven solutions across industries. This is a unique opportunity to build the financial infrastructure from the ground up and guide our journey toward global expansion.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies to support Analog’s ambitious growth goals, ensuring alignment with our vision.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead capital-raising efforts, managing relationships with current and potential investors, ensuring smooth financial communication.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to provide data-driven insights that support decision-making and drive operational excellence.
• Operational Finance: Manage cash flow, financial operations, and accounting, ensuring effective controls, transparency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. If needed, manage relationships with external accountants, auditors, and other finance professionals.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard Analog’s financial health as we scale.
• Business Partnership: Collaborate with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives, contributing to overall business development and expansion efforts.
• Equity & Stakeholder Management: Provide guidance on equity management, employee stock options, and aligning financial strategy with long-term stakeholder interests.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience (8+ years) in financial leadership roles within startups or high-growth environments, ideally within the AI, technology, or SaaS industries.
• Strong track record of raising capital, managing investor relationships, and driving financial performance.
• Expertise in financial modelling, planning, and analysis, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience overseeing finance operations, including accounting, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working in the UAE is a must, with a deep understanding of the local business landscape and financial regulations.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and build teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving long-term value creation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
