Seeking a highly skilled, strategy oriented and throroughly analytical finance professional to join and complement the leadership team in driving the Group’s growth story through sound financial planning, strategy and governance.

Prerequisites

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive, ideally in the travel or hospitality industry, or in a leading regional or multinational company.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, treasury management, and HR oversight.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strategic and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to instill sound governance practices aimed at preparing the company for a potential liquidity event.
  • Strong preference for candidates with corporate finance experience.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax and compliance.
  • Manage treasury operations, cash flow, and financial risk assessment.
  • Lead and optimize the HR function, ensure effective workforce planning,

compensation, compliance, growth and succession.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support long-term business objectives.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, achieve financial targets and optimize P&L.
  • Maximize equity and shareholder values.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain strong relationships with auditors, banks, suppliers, industry partners and stakeholders.
