Job Summary

The Chief of Staff is a strategic and operational force multiplier for the Founders, a trusted partner who ensures the business runs smoothly while enabling the leadership to stay focused on vision, growth, and creative direction.


This role spans across The Hanging House, Elevate, and future ventures, supporting not only operational continuity but also shaping internal systems, culture, and strategic clarity. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and creative leadership, distilling vision into action and ensuring everything behind the scenes moves with intention and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Enablement

  • Translate the Founders’ multi-brand vision into actionable strategies, priorities, and internal roadmaps.
  • Drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives ensuring alignment, momentum, and accountability across THH, Elevate, and beyond.
  • Own leadership workflows: agendas, follow-ups, internal cadences, and strategic communications.
  • Prepare Founders for key internal and external engagements, from briefing notes to deck reviews ensuring their focus stays on the highest-leverage matters.
  • Track org-wide OKRs and strategic projects, connecting dots across departments and flagging risks early.
  • Proactively identify cross-team misalignments and facilitate clear, timely resolution.


Operational Alignment

  • Serve as the communication bridge between the Founders and internal teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and pace.
  • Monitor internal momentum ensuring decisions turn into execution, and nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Support internal programs and initiatives such as The House Assembly, The Huddle, and other cross-functional rituals that shape culture and cohesion.
  • Lead documentation and internal knowledge-sharing to streamline systems and reduce dependency on ad hoc follow-ups.


Executive Support

  • Manage calendars, travel, and schedule optimization for both Founders, anticipating needs and removing friction.
  • Draft, review, and send communications or presentations on behalf of the Founders when appropriate.
  • Handle high-sensitivity professional and personal administrative tasks with discretion and integrity.
  • Filter information and communication acting as a gatekeeper and amplifier to keep the Founders focused.
  • Establish calm, structured systems in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.


Additional Responsibilities

  • All the above accountabilities include but are not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.


Who You Are

  • 4–7 years of experience as Chief of Staff, focused in strategy, operations, executive advisory, consulting, or cross-functional roles.
  • A sharp operator who balances strategic vision with executional detail
  • Emotionally intelligent, discreet, and highly proactive
  • A fast thinker and clear communicator who thrives in ambiguity
  • Comfortable toggling between tactical tasks and high-level strategic conversations
  • Deeply organized, with a natural instinct for building systems that work
  • Curious about creative business models, experience design, culture, and innovation
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in creative, experiential, agency, or startup ecosystems.
