Chief Operating Officer (COO)

OneBullEx, a Dubai-based crypto futures exchange startup, is hiring a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead day-to-day operations, drive organisational efficiency, and support fast-paced global growth.

This is a senior, non-technical leadership role working closely with the CEO to oversee people operations, streamline internal processes, and cultivate a high-performing team culture. The ideal candidate will have experience scaling early-stage ventures in fintech, crypto, or other high-growth digital sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage company-wide operations, ensuring coordination across HR, legal, finance, marketing, and business development functions
• Design and implement scalable systems, internal processes, and performance metrics to support operational excellence
• Oversee all aspects of people operations including recruitment, onboarding, team development, and performance management
• Foster internal alignment and communication, building a strong company culture in a fast-moving, remote-friendly environment
• Support the CEO in strategic planning, execution, and long-term organisational growth
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational leadership roles, preferably within high-growth startups or scale-ups
• Strong background in people operations, organisational management, and cross-functional coordination
• Prior experience in fintech, crypto, trading platforms, or digital businesses is strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a remote-first, multicultural, and fast-paced environment
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate
