Chief product officer/ Executive producer

We are looking for a Chief product officer/ Executive producer to lead the development of our publishing platform.

This role offers you the opportunity to leverage your experience in product development within the gaming industry. You'll also enjoy working from our new office on Yas Island, in the heart of Abu Dhabi. Our company provides relocation assistance and support for your move to the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy Management: Defining the mission, vision, development strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Team Leadership: Building and managing a high-performing team of product managers and game developers.
• KPI Development and Implementation: Establishing key performance indicators to assess product success.
• Market Analysis: Conducting competitive analysis and identifying user needs to enhance the product.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with game development, product, marketing and publishing to ensure successful market launch.
• Innovation Support: Implementing new features and improvements based on user feedback.
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience in the role of Chief Product Officer or Executive Producer for at least 5 years in the gaming industry.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling products in the publishing or gaming sector.
• Deep understanding of game development processes and product management.
• Leadership qualities, excellent negotiation skills, and strong organizational abilities.
• Experience with product analytics tools.
• Creative thinker with a passion for generating new ideas for products and improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Russian and English.
• Desire to relocate and work in our Abu Dhabi office.
