About the Role:
As a CID Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring all guest registrations are accurately and promptly entered into the UAE CID (Criminal Investigation Department) system in compliance with local government regulations. You will act as a key liaison between the hotel and local authorities, maintaining high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and data integrity.

As a CID Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring all guest registrations are accurately and promptly entered into the UAE CID (Criminal Investigation Department) system in compliance with local government regulations. You will act as a key liaison between the hotel and local authorities, maintaining high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately upload guest information and passport details into the CID system for all arrivals, departures, and day-use guests.
- Monitor and ensure all data submitted meets the standards required by UAE law enforcement authorities.
- Liaise with Front Office and other relevant departments to ensure timely collection and submission of guest identification details.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to CID uploads in a timely manner.
- Maintain a secure and confidential environment in handling sensitive guest information.
- Provide daily reports and updates to relevant departments on guest registration compliance.
- Stay informed on any changes or updates to CID procedures and ensure the hotel remains fully compliant.
- Assist with investigations or audits conducted by the CID or other government bodies when required.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of UAE CID procedures and legal guest registration requirements.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Familiarity with OnQ, Opera PMS or other Property Management Systems is an advantage.
