As a Business Development Manager CIS Self Care, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our iconic brands presence across CIS region. You will develop and implement strategies to forge new partnerships and extending business. Your expertise and ambition will be instrumental in driving our growth and continued success in this vibrant and evolving market
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cohesive business development strategy for distribution of Kenvue Self Care brands (OTC) in the CIS countries, in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive our business growth.
- Contribute CIS pharm distributors selection process together with Cross-functional team. Negotiate with partners on commercial and financial-legal partnership terms.
- Development and execution the commercial agreements with CIS pharm distributors.
- Cultivate strong relationships with CIS pharm distributors in line with compliance principles.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Prepare compelling proposals, pitch presentations, and negotiate terms with distributors.
- Plan sales volumes being part of CIS S&OP / IBP in close collaboration with Regulatory, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams. Closely manage various financial planning, forecasting and budgeting elements of the business.
- Plan and implement set of activities to maintain the required level of in distributors’ warehouses to fulfil the sales plan, distribution level and satisfy consumer demand.
- Determine the assortment and pricing policy for each country.
- Implementation of all key procedures and policies (incl. commercial policy) & business model aligned with compliance requirements.
- Maintaining in-depth markets knowledge, including competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, new growth opportunities by market, and potential partners. Creating action plans to meet targets and increase revenue.
- Analysis and preparation of reports on sales volume, number of shipments, product range & stock level by distributors.
- Monitors the terms of payments from the CIS pharm distributors. Takes measures to reduce accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure brand’s positioning and messaging for consumers align with brand strategy. Ensure that marketing and trade marketing materials effectively communicates product’s benefits and unique selling points.
- Collaborate with other functions to ensure full cycle of operational rhythm and business results delivery.
- Ensure timely document flow.
- Assisting with ad hoc business projects as needed.
- Fluency in English and Russian.
- Proven work experience in Business Development, Sales, or Key Accounts Management.
- Proven track record of securing and managing high-value partnerships and achieving revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present visions or ideas effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial skills and market research and data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights and develop strategic plans.
- Knowledge of the CIS pharma landscape, including regulatory environments.
- Ability to influence various stakeholders and work closely with them to obtain buy-in and drive initiatives forward.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, time management, and multitasking skills. Ability to prioritize and effectively cope with several tasks at the same time.
- Comfortable working with a multi-functional team, including regulatory, marketing, supply chain, sales and finance teams.
- Business planning and remote team management skills, ability to build effective relationships to achieve goals.
