Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-rise building construction in the UAE.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other professionals
• Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and contracts
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Address any issues that may arise during the construction process

Qualifications:

• Dubai Municipality approval G 12 / Unlimited
• Valid UAE driving license
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-rise building construction in the UAE.
• A total of 10 years of overall experience in civil engineering.
• Proven track record of successful project management and execution.
• Strong technical capabilities and familiarity with construction industry software/tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
