Role Overview:

As a Client Account Lead (CAL) at the Associate Director level, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships within the public sector in the UAE. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior government officials, driving innovation, delivering value, and ensuring the successful execution of projects aligned with UAE’s national vision and development goals. This role requires exceptional leadership, deep industry expertise, and the ability to navigate complex client environments.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Public sector clients, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Growth and Business Development: Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and expansion of Accenture’s footprint within the account.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including government officials and urban development leaders.
  • Innovation and Value Delivery: Identify opportunities to introduce innovative solutions, leveraging Accenture’s capabilities in technology, consulting, and operations to address client challenges.
  • Project Oversight: Ensure the successful delivery of projects, managing risks, budgets, and timelines effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor account teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, government policies, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and thought leadership to clients.
  • Alignment with UAE National Vision: Drive initiatives that align with UAE’s national vision and urban development goals, supporting the transformation of municipalities and transportation systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in client management, consulting, or business development, with a focus on the public sector..
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale accounts and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory frameworks and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute account strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience mentoring and guiding cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
  • Deep Knowledge of UAE’s national vision and urban development goals is a plus.
