YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As a Client Advisor at CELINE, you will report to the Team Manager and play a key role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional client experience. Your passion for our collections and commitment to excellence will enable you to build meaningful connections with clients, embodying the sophistication and timelessness of the Maison. Collaborating with your team, you will contribute to upholding CELINE’s prestigious brand image in every interaction.

KEY FOR SUCCESS Experience: You bring at least 1 year of professional experience in sales, within the fashion or luxury industry. Competencies: Passion for luxury fashion and a deep understanding of CELINE's products, heritage, and brand identity. Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building lasting relationships. A passion for challenges and a collective drive to achieve set objectives. Initiative, a sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy are crucial for success at CELINE. Adaptability and flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic retail environment. Strong ethical compass and commitment to compliance and corporate social responsibility. Languages: English, proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage.

- Contribute to the store’s business success by achieving and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating a strong commercial mindset, and deep product knowledge.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored recommendations and complementary products that enhance their experience with CELINE. Utilize cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and introduce clients to the full range of CELINE’s offerings.
- Foster a positive team spirit by collaborating closely with your colleagues, supporting each other in achieving both individual and collective goals.
- Contribute to a harmonious work environment where every team member feels valued and motivated to deliver their best.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by welcoming, advising, and providing unparalleled service to each client, ensuring their journey with CELINE is memorable.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients through personalized clienteling, cultivating loyalty and long-term connections. Leverage cross-selling strategies to deepen client engagement and drive repeat purchases.
- Uphold CELINE’s standards of compliance by adhering to internal procedures and guidelines, ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.
- Be actively part of the operational life of the store: Visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, inventory management.
- Serve as a CELINE ambassador, embodying the Maison’s values and excellence in every client interaction.
- Share the rich history and stories behind our products, captivating clients with engaging storytelling that deepens their connection to the brand.
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and personal presentation, contributing to the elegant and sophisticated image of CELINE.
