The Maison Moncler is embarking on an exciting new chapter in Dubai!

We are thrilled to announce our strategic expansion as we convert into Retail our Harvey Nichols Dubai points of sale and are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Client Advisor (Russian Speaker) for a full-time permanent position. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a globally renowned Maison, bringing the Moncler experience to life, delivering excellence in customer experience, and showcasing Moncler’s heritage, innovation, and timeless style.

With impeccable presentation and natural elegance, our Client Advisor guides each customer through Moncler’s values and heritage, demonstrating a deep understanding of the customer and their needs, while fostering long-term engagement with our brand.

The Client Advisor will be responsible for delivering a unique customer experience within the boutique and across Moncler’s various brand universes. Working in partnership with the team, the Client Advisor is accountable for achieving individual results while actively contributing to the boutique’s overall objectives.

Your Impact

Responsibilities & Missions

As a brand ambassador for Moncler, you will ensure a consistently high level of customer service in alignment with the Maison’s commercial strategy.

  • Welcome and advise customers following the Moncler sales ceremony, introducing them to the brand’s values and heritage.
  • Contribute to both collective and individual sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, merchandising guidelines, and the overall maintenance of the boutique and stock.
  • Stay up to date with Moncler Group activities and industry trends to better anticipate and meet customer needs.

You will be integrated into the boutique sales team to:

  • Deliver a unique customer experience, building long-term relationships through sales, after-sales services, and clienteling in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Achieve excellent sales performance.
  • Implement visual merchandising standards across Moncler’s different brand universes, collaborating with the Visual Merchandising team and taking responsibility for stock replenishment and management.
  • Actively participate in the preparation and execution of inventories.
  • Work effectively and enthusiastically with the team, bringing energy and motivation to the role.

Qualifications

Your Profile:

  • Experience as a Client Advisor, Sales Associate, or Sales Host/Hostess, ideally in the luxury fashion and retail sector.
  • Passion for retail and customer service.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury industry and a keen product sensitivity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in an international environment.
  • The ability to communicate with sophistication in English and Russian is essential. Additional language proficiency is a strong asset.
  • Previous international experience, ideally in a professional setting.
  • Affinity for digital tools and openness to innovative working methods.
