Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Specialized Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our drone and robotic solutions. You will work closely with our technical and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Specialized Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our drone and robotic solutions. You will work closely with our technical and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for drone and robotic solutions.
- Identify and engage with potential enterprise clients, building strong relationships and understanding their specific needs.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our drone and robotic solutions to key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to design customized solutions that address client requirements.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the drone and robotics space.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on drone or robotic technology solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Deep understanding of drone and robotic technology and its applications in enterprise settings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Arabic/English bilingual is preferred.
- UAE National is preferred.
