The Client Solutions Manager for Meta Global Business Group team partners with our most strategic clients to ensure their success with Meta. This is an opportunity to be at the center of some of Meta most important commercial relationships in the Middle East and Africa region. The role offers a wide range of professional growth opportunities, allowing you to expand your skills and advance your career within a leading global company.This role demands an in-depth understanding of marketing and business development, with the conviction that the future of marketing is identity-based, data-driven, and focused on measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include building and strengthening customer relationships, providing business insights, driving revenue, and enhancing advertiser education and satisfaction through a consultative, data-driven approach. An in-depth understanding of Meta and the broader marketing ecosystem is essential, along with a proven understanding of both online and traditional media. This role is to establish long-term partnerships with clients and their agencies, focusing on both relationships and business outcomes in a constantly changing environment with high expectations.


Client Solutions Manager, Service Industries, Middle East & Africa Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop key accounts
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.).
  • Proactively prospect and identify new opportunities within the book of business, opening new revenue lines and expanding existing lines.
  • Engage with all levels of an organization, including top executives.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently with a laser focus on impact.
  • Educate clients on products, new solutions, and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnerships.
  • Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions including media, measurement and creative strategies grounded in achieving measurable business results for our partners.
  • Manage strategic marketing conversations with clients, agencies, and partners.
  • Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against clients' marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams and manage complex workstreams.
  • Flawlessly manage internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities).
  • Contribute actively to the regional sales team to achieve overall team goals and development.
  • This role demands consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service and commercial acumen, and the capacity to thrive in team-focused environment while delivering against tight deadlines.



Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience with at least 5 years working directly with marketing, data, marketing science, tech, media, and/or consulting companies.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and resourcefulness in environments with limited resources, efficiently handling a broad spectrum of activities with minimal support and ongoing learning.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, with demonstrated experience in resourceful problem-solving or working deadline focused, fast-paced settings.
  • Experienced in advanced data analysis, including experience in creating complex models and deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Experience in performing as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to action, with experience in client relationship management or account management.
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple layers within the organization (internally and with external partners). Capable to lead multiple projects with minimal direction while maintaining a high attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and data analysis.
  • Communication and presentation skills, that can effectively engage all levels of an organization and external audiences, including leading presentations or workshops.
  • Available to travel as needed.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working directly with/at top-tier agencies (advertising/digital/media) and/or demonstrated industry experience.
  • Experience with the Automotive/Mobility and/or Financial Services industry.
  • Experience working with government entities.
  • Fluent in Arabic preferred
