Overview

We are seeking a Cloud Engineer - Systems to design, deploy, and manage enterprise-scale Azure infrastructure and cloud-native solutions. As part of the Microsoft Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE), you will ensure the stability, scalability, security, and automation of cloud systems while supporting digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Machines, AKS, App Services, Automation, Monitoring, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Responsibilities

• Designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
• Automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Implementing security policies and compliance requirements in cloud environments.
• Optimizing cloud workloads for performance and cost efficiency.
• Managing identity and access control mechanisms.
• Setting up and maintaining cloud monitoring, alerting, and logging systems.
• Setting up cloud infrastructure for migrating on-premises workloads to the cloud.
• Responsible for migrating and implementing technical solutions to business problems using public cloud offerings (Azure).
• Configuring and maintaining cloud networking components.
• Working with containerized applications and orchestration.
• Implementing backup, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions.
• Developing self-healing and auto-remediation scripts for cloud operations.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure Engineering, with at least 1 year in Azure.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and migrating end-to-end solutions from On-Premise to Public Cloud (Azure).
• Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Machines, AKS, App Services, Networking, and Storage.
• Provide cloud, infra, and migration solutions across multiple domains.
• Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).
• Experience with automation tools (Azure Automation, PowerShell, Python, Ansible).
• Proficiency in Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and KQL for troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of security best practices, Azure AD, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Strong written and verbal English skills for effective communication.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Keeping up with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and drive cloud best practices.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-cloud (Azure, OCI) and hybrid-cloud (VMware vSphere).
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Experience with AI-driven cloud monitoring and predictive analytics.
