Job Profile

As a Cloud Solutions Architect at Flentas, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Cloud-based solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements of our clients in the Dubai and MEA Region. You will be responsible for collaborating closely with the Sales Head of the region to understand client needs, formulate strategic solutions, and deliver exceptional service.

Job Description

• Solution Design and Implementation: Design, architect, and implement cloud-based solutions aligned with client objectives, leveraging your deep understanding of cloud services and best practices.
• Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, engaging in consultative discussions to identify business challenges, propose solutions, and demonstrate the value of cloud services.
• Pre-Sales Support: Provide pre-sales support by participating in client meetings, conducting presentations, and crafting compelling proposals that address client needs effectively.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate strong expertise in cloud services. Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Head of the region to develop strategies, prioritize opportunities, and drive revenue growth through effective solution selling.
• Communication: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer satisfaction.
