We are in search of Club General Manager for our Abu Dhabi Club.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring operational excellence in Club
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
  • Operations and maintaining high scores through the quarterly Brand Standards Audits
  • Recruit and train new hires on business practices
  • Drive new member sales
  • Deliver member journey proposition through Fitness, Personal Training and Group Exercise Strategies
  • Recruit, Develop & Coach team members
  • Drive Retention Strategy for the business
  • Manage Profit and Loss for the club to deliver key stake holder returns

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Sports Management/Sports Science Coaching and Sports Qualifications REPS L2 or L3
  • Strong communications skills
  • Passion for Fitness and Living the brand
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Great coaching, mentoring and leadership skills
  • Extensive fitness industry management experience is a pre requisite to apply!
