InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina, featuring 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event spaces, and a variety of restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Club InterContinental Lounge, ensuring top-quality service during all meal periods.
• Lead, train, and motivate the lounge team to deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with InterContinental standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office teams to manage guest arrivals, departures, and special requests.
• Build strong guest relationships, handle feedback gracefully, and ensure VIP and IHG One Rewards members receive personalized attention.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and service consistency.
• Oversee lounge cleanliness, ambiance, and inventory control.
• Manage daily reports, guest preferences, and administrative tasks related to lounge operations.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

• Previous experience of 2 year in a Front Office or Guest Relations role within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent English; additional languages are an advantage.
