We are a dynamic, Dubai-based Venture Studio with an established presence in Southern Europe and the US. Our mission is to collaborate with the best co-founders to build innovative global companies that aim to disrupt multi-billion-dollar industries.

Right now, we are searching for visionary founders for our next Proptech venture. As a Co-Founder, you’ll be at the helm of launching and leading your company. With our investment and support, we’ll be your co-founding partners, providing you with essential capital as well as strategic, financial, and operational backing across key areas like Product, Tech, Legal, Finance, Business Development, Fundraising, and Talent. This collaboration will allow you to take your company from the ground up, going from 0 to 1 with speed and precision.

As a Co-Founder, you will be responsible for:

• Designing commercial, product, and growth strategies;
• Building, leading, and motivating a strong team;
• Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission;
• Analyzing problematic situations and occurrences and providing solutions to ensure company survival and growth;
• Reviewing financial and non-financial results to devise solutions or improvements;
• Maintaining deep knowledge of the market and industry of the company;
• Building trust with key partners and stakeholders;
• Presenting the Company's vision, roadmap, and results to shareholders and potential investors.

Requirements:

• +7 years of experience in private company investing, either as an advisor for PE funds or preferably as an investor in PE funds (small, mid, large cap, growth funds, distressed, restructuring, etc.) is mandatory;
• A proven track record in taking businesses from 0 to 1, with hands-on experience in growing companies from the ground up;
• Excellent communication and selling skills in English;
• Proved entrepreneurial and analytical mindset in finding solutions to complex problems with limited resources;
• Strong will to commit to your own entrepreneurial project for the next 7 years (at minimum);
• Bonus points: proven track record in taking things from 0 to 1 and getting your hands dirty;
• Being comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of uncertainty.
