Commercial Accounts Associate

ITP Media Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Associate to join our dynamic team. This role requires a solid foundation in departmental operations, accounts payable processes, and account reconciliation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to managing accounting-related functions.

Accounts Payable & Reconciliation:

• Review and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance.
  
• Monitor and manage recurring invoice schedules to ensure timely processing.
  
• Maintain accounting systems and databases with up-to-date financial information.
  
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  
  

Event and Project Cost Management

• Prepare and maintain cost sheets for shoots, events, and related activities.
  
• Reconcile credit card transactions and ensure supporting documentation is accurate.
  

Revenue & Expense Analysis

• Analyse and reconcile revenue and cost data for reporting and forecasting.
  
• Liaise with various departments to resolve accounting queries and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  

Compliance & Support

• Respond to tax-related inquiries and provide documentation as required.
  
• Support internal teams with financial data and assist with audit preparations.

• Licensed Accountant (CPA or equivalent)
  
• Strong organizational and technical expertise in accounting
  
• 5–6 years of experience in general accounting, including VAT returns and financial reporting
