We are seeking a Commercial Retail Consultant to join our award-winning Commercial team. We are looking for someone whose primary focus will be on retail properties, you will also be involved in warehouses, plots of land, industrial spaces and buildings too.

Requirements

• Obtain through key contacts good investment opportunities to purchase/lease ready properties.
• To ensure property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies.
• Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their rental requirements until such time as the appropriate property is found.
• Prepare lease/Sales agreements and all necessary documents.
• Following up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up-to-date information is available for entry into relevant database programs.
  
  

Skills Required:

• Knowledge in reading contracts, calculating budgets.
• Knowledge of basic legislative requirements, awareness of current market rates and regulations in Real Estate.
