Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure targets are met and exceeded
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and make strategic recommendations for improvement
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Manage and control budgets, expenses, and resources related to commercial activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful commercial strategies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of market research and analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to travel as needed
