Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

Strategic Commercial Leadership

• Develop and implement commercial strategies for multimillion-dollar projects
• Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation
• Oversee all commercial aspects from tender to project completion
  
  

Financial Stewardship

• Manage project budgets, cash flow, and cost control systems
• Analyze financial reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Ensure accurate and timely client billing and subcontractor payments
  
  

Contract & Risk Management

• Expertly administer FIDIC and other international contract forms
• Resolve claims and disputes through strategic negotiation
• Implement robust risk management frameworks
  
  

Team Development

• Mentor quantity surveyors and commercial team members
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration with project teams
• Promote best practices in commercial processes
  
  

Qualifications That Set You Apart

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Business

10+ years' progressive commercial experience (UAE/GCC preferred)

Mastery Of

• FIDIC contract administration
• Cost control and value engineering
• Claims management and dispute resolution Proven track record on projects >AED 100 million Chartered status (MRICS, CEng, or equivalent) highly valued Bilingual English/Arabic communication skills
