We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Commis Chef to join our culinary team, specializing in international cuisine. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes from various global cuisines under the supervision of senior chefs. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes from various international cuisines (e.g., Italian, Asian, Middle Eastern, French, etc.).
• Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines set by senior chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned kitchen areas.
• Ensure all food products are stored properly and labeled according to hygiene standards.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times, including proper food handling.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of workstations before and after shifts.
• Support the team during busy service hours and contribute to a positive working environment.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or relevant field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or catering kitchen (international cuisine experience is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of different international cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong team player with good communication and time management skills.
