As Commis 1 - Baker we rely on you to:

• Assist in the daily operation / production for the Bakery and Pastry section
• Maintain high standards of food preparation and service along with the existing standards
• Reflect the Shangri-La philosophy by providing the highest quality of service to our customers
• Good knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu contents
• Practice the hygiene and sanitation procedures set by the hotel
  
  

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has Diploma / certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent is preferred
• Has experience working in a Bakery / Pastry section in a restaurant or a 5* hotel
• Has passion for Food & Beverage, creative with attention to details
• Communicates with fluency in English (and local language)
• Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
