Salaries And Benefits
- Competitive Salary
- Duty Meals provided; breakfast/lunch/dinner/midnight meal + coffee breaks
- Vacation tickets /benefits provided by the hotel
- Medical Insurance Provided
- Prepare ingredients (washing, chopping, marinating, portioning)
- Assist in mise en place for daily service
- Prepare basic sauces, stocks, and garnishes
- Assisting to set up the buffet
- Assisting guests with their requirements and food preferences.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standard
- Follow food safety and hygiene rules (HACCP)
- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Russian Language is preferred to assist the guests.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Prior experience as Commis 2 or Kitchen Assistant is an advantage
