About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Commis 3 to join the Culinary team in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Support Commis 2 | Commis 1 in daily kitchen duties aligned with outlet concept and Jumeirah standards to ensure high-quality food preparation.
• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, mixing, seasoning, and following recipe and plating specifications. Assist in basic dish preparation, such as salads and sauces, under supervision.
• Set up and maintain the workstation with required stock and prepare for the next shift by restocking and cleaning.
• Follow food storage and rotation procedures, discarding expired items and maintaining cleanliness.
• Attend daily kitchen briefings and communicate effectively with team members and senior chefs.
• Work cooperatively with the team, support smooth kitchen operations, and continuously build culinary skills.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• College Degree in Culinary Arts or similar from an accredited Culinary School.
• 1-2 years of experience in a range of kitchen areas, ideally within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Adaptability and appreciation of cultural diversity.
• Expert in food quality and presentation skills.
