Job Summary-
We are looking for a skilled Commis II to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen. You will work under the guidance of a Chef de Partie to help maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

We are looking for a skilled Commis II to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen. You will work under the guidance of a Chef de Partie to help maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Job Responsibility-
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and cutting.
- Cook food items under the supervision of the Chef de Partie according to recipes and guidelines.
- Help maintain a clean and organized workstation and kitchen area.
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production.
- Proven experience as a Commis or in a similar role in a kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus.
