We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Commis Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team. As a Commis Chef specializing in pizza, you will assist in the preparation and cooking of pizzas under the supervision of senior chefs. This is an excellent opportunity to learn traditional and modern pizza-making techniques in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

- Assist in preparing pizza dough, sauces, and toppings.
- Assemble and cook pizzas to order following the restaurant’s recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure quality and consistency in every pizza made.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and equipment.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation.
- Support senior kitchen staff as needed and participate in general kitchen duties.
- Take direction from the Head Pizza Chef and adapt to changing priorities.
- Monitor ingredient levels and communicate shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or pizza-making is mandatory.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Eagerness to learn and develop culinary skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a team setting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Passion for food, especially pizza!
