Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the commissioning team across offshore projects.
- Develop and implement commissioning procedures and schedules.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure readiness.
- Oversee pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all phases.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance to resolve commissioning challenges.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and handover packages.
- Minimum 18 years of commissioning experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong offshore experience, including platforms, FPSOs, or subsea systems.
- Excellent understanding of commissioning processes, systems integration, and start-up.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET) required or preferred.
