YOUR IMPACT ___________

Parfums Christian Dior Orient is looking for a Communications & PR Trainee to join the Middle East regional team, based in Dubai.

Reporting to the Communications Executives, the trainee will support the Press Office with day-to-day tasks, gaining hands-on experience in luxury beauty PR & Communications.

Our ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty, with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their experience in public relations, influencer engagement, and media relations within the luxury beauty industry.

YOUR MISSION ____________

• Press Office Support:
• Assist in managing daily press and influencer requests, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
• Assist with press materials and maintaining media kits.
• Provide markets with necessary tools to generate press & influencer coverage (guidelines, videos, photographs, print collateral, press gifts, Q&A’s, etc.)
• Creating live media links with press content for send outs
• Following up with press via phone to ensure press kits are received (deliveries daily)
• Help with product send-outs, PR seeding, and maintaining press and influencer lists.
• Work closely with the PR Executives to develop and execute seeding plans for influencers, ensuring timely product dispatch.
• Oversee the organization of the PR stock, ensuring accurate forecasting and availability of products for send-outs.

• Reporting & Analysis:
• Monitor media coverage, compile press clippings, and contribute to PR reports.
• Track share of voice rankings in the region and share monthly consolidated reports, assist the team in providing recommendations based on findings

• Event Coordination:
• Support in organizing press events, influencer activations, and brand experiences.

• Administrative Tasks:
• Ensure timely follow-ups, manage inventory of PR assets, and coordinate logistics as needed.
• Place weekly Internal Requests. Assist the team with supplier creation, purchase orders and POs
  

Profile

WHO YOU ARE _________

• A passion for luxury beauty with a strong interest in Influence, PR and media relations.
• Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic or French is a plus).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
• A team player with a proactive mindset and positive attitude.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Communications, Marketing, or related program.
