A Brief Overview

Responsible for compliance and legal work of the company in a daily basis;

What You Will Do

• Assist in dealing with the documents and reports related to regulators;
• Review insurance contracts of the company, draft and manage legal documents;
• Assist in improving policies of the company, conduct compliance review and check for working processes within the company as required;
• Assist in works related to risk management and internal audit;
• Other works assigned by the supervisor.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or above; Required
• Proficient in English, TEM-8 or above is preferred; Required
• Good ability in writing fluently; Required
• Have strong spirit of teamwork, good communication skills; Required
• Intermediate oral and written communication skills Required
• Continual focus and dedication to high level of client service Required
• Ability to interact and work collaboratively and constructively with people at various levels within and outside the organization Required
• Ability to set goals, multitask and prioritize workload Required
• Ability to be flexible when needed, take initiative, and demonstrate accountability Required
• Ability to work well within a team environment and participate in department/team projects Required
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Required
