Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Concierge Agent (Emirati Talent) to join our prestigious hospitality team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and their needs are met with the utmost care and attention.

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, offering assistance with luggage and providing information about the property and its amenities
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of local attractions, dining options, and cultural events
• Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise
• Maintain an organized and tidy concierge desk, ensuring all materials and resources are up-to-date and readily available
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed
• Provide personalized recommendations tailored to each guest's preferences and interests
• Stay informed about local events, attractions, and changes in the hospitality industry to offer the most current and relevant information to guests
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the hotel's brand and values
  
  

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer systems, including MS Office and hotel booking software
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of UAE culture, local attractions, and luxury hospitality standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Emirati nationality (as specified in the job title)
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
