Job Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent physical stamina, and a willingness to learn and grow in the construction industry. Responsibilities:

• Assist with various construction tasks such as carrying materials, digging, and cleaning job sites
• Operate hand and power tools under the supervision of the construction team
• Help set up and take down equipment and scaffolding
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report any issues or concerns to the construction team
• Learn and perform basic construction techniques and skills
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the team
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
• Other duties as assigned Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at different job sites
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
