Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager for super tall towers, located in Dubai. The Construction Manager will oversee daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, managing project timelines, maintaining quality control, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and controlling project costs. The Construction Manager will also prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage construction teams effectively
• Proficiency in Budgeting and controlling project costs
• Knowledge of Construction Safety standards and regulations
• Experience in Construction and Project Control
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in managing large-scale construction super tall tower projects is necessary
